Privacy & terms
Your details, kept with care.
What we collect through this website, why we need it, and the terms for donations. Last updated 29 October 2026.
Who we are
Aryavart The Life Saviors is a registered non-profit in Ahmedabad, Gujarat (62, Padmalaxmi Tenament, Opp. Amul Textiles, Isanpur Narol Road, Narol, Ahmedabad 382405). For anything on this page, write to [email protected] or call +91 88668 61859.
What we collect and why
- Blood requests: the patient's name, blood group, units, hospital and when it's needed, and your name and phone number. We use them only to find a matching donor, and share with donors only what they need to help: the blood group, units, hospital and a number to call.
- Joining the donor network: your name, phone, blood group and area, so we can call you when a patient near you needs your blood group or a camp is coming up.
- Messages and volunteering: your name, phone or email and your message, so we can reply.
- Donations: your name, email, phone, city, PAN, the amount, and the payment reference or screenshot you send us. We need your PAN to issue an 80G receipt and to report donations to the Income Tax Department, as the law requires. Payment screenshots are seen only by our office staff, to match your gift with our bank statement.
We never ask for your card or bank login details. UPI and bank transfers go straight from your bank to ours.
Who can see it
Only our trustees, staff and volunteers who need it to do the work, in our private office system. We don't sell, rent or trade your details, and we don't add you to marketing lists. We share them with others only when the law requires it, such as donation reporting to the Income Tax Department.
How we contact you
We may call, send an SMS or WhatsApp message, or email you about your request, your donation or your receipt. If you joined the donor network, we may also tell you about camps and urgent needs. Tell us any time if you'd like us to stop.
Photos
The photos on this website are from our learning centre and donation camps. If you or your child appears in a photo and you'd like it removed, write to us and we'll take it down promptly.
Cookies
This website uses no advertising or tracking cookies. A single sign-in cookie is used only by our staff in the office panel.
How long we keep it
We keep blood requests and messages only as long as they're useful for the work, and donation records for as long as tax law requires.
Your choices
You can ask to see the details we hold about you, correct them, or have them deleted (except donation records we must keep by law). Write to [email protected].
Donations
- Donations are voluntary and go to the programme you choose, or to where they're needed most.
- We confirm each gift once it reaches our bank account, then email your receipt. 80G receipts need a valid PAN.
- If you paid the wrong amount or paid by mistake, contact us as soon as you can with your payment reference and we'll work with you to put it right.
- Regular (monthly, quarterly or yearly) gifts are reminders, not automatic debits. You can stop them any time by telling us.
Changes
If we change this page, we'll update the date at the top.
